Most of our staff are from the local villages in Tabanan Regency (West Bali). We are proud to have succeeded in training them from scratch and helping them acquire new skills and attitudes so that they have learned how to assist our valuable guests efficiently and professionally.
We do our best to contribute to the local community development and daily life. As a member of the local Banjar community, we participate in regular collective activities (locally called “gotong royong”) e.g. cleaning of public areas such as streets and drainage or beach (“kerja bakti”). We contribute to local collective events such as temple ceremonies or processions, youth association activities (Sekeha Teruna-Teruni), Krambitan village yearly festival, Independence day celebrations
We also give priority to local suppliers (chinaware items, recycled wood furniture, laundry service & property maintenance by local people), local food supplies (local sweets & cakes, vegetables, fruit)
We readily inform our guests about local events or ceremonies due to be held during their stay, as well as rules to be observed should they wish to participate (including religious taboos, local courtesy manners and dress code).
